Right after joining Trullion, one of my first initiatives was to design a full swag kit for the team. Not just a t-shirt or a sticker, but a real vision and vibe. Something people would actually wear and use with pride.

From the planner to the cap, to the shirt that reps the “Trullion Club,” this kit wasn’t just about branding, it was about belonging. About translating values like “Think Big,” “Live by Truth,” and “We’re on Your Side” into physical objects people take home, wear out, and carry through their day.

I’ll be honest, there’s something surreal about seeing a team member rock a shirt you designed. Or watching someone casually jot notes in a planner you laid out.

This project reminded me that good design isn’t just what lives on screens, it’s what lives with people.
